On October 15, 2025, the sale of apartments in the fourthstage of the Odesa City residential complex starts. This is a 10-storey building of an increased level of comfortwith thickened brick walls and individualburning.
Note that the apartments in the first building of the residentialcomplex are already almost sold out, and the best prices for the fourth stage will be valid only until November 15.
The building is erected fromceramic bricks with a thickness of 380 mm to 510 mm and insulated with mineral wool 150 mm by darkening “wet facade”.

The house will have two elevators per 1000 kg, one of them will have access to parking (3—4.5 m) and, if necessary, will be able to transport rescuers.
Electricity supply in the house will be carried out by excellent networks with the possibility of an uninterruptible source.
Due to increased security in Odesa City residential complex, residents will have access to ground floor shelters and parking lots.
