The development company “Platinumbud”, which implements the Odesa City project, will take part in the V Ukrainian Construction Congress, which will be held in Kyiv on November 21, 2025.
The main event of the construction industry of the country will gather more than 200 leading speakers and 6 thousand participants in total. The most successful developers, developers, investors, as well as representatives of the authorities will discuss the current challenges and prospects of the construction market.
Within the framework of the event, the co-owner and CEO of “Platinumbud” Ruslan Leshchyshyn will speak as an official speaker at the panel discussions on the topic “Evolution of the developer. Driving factors.” Participants will discuss topics such as competitive advantages, changing market requirements, resource potential, key leadership qualities, reputation as a strategic asset of the developer, as well as prospects for the development of the real estate market in 2026.
