
2025 for ODESA SITY has been a year of clear movement forward. ODESA SITY residential complex declared itself at the Ukrainian Construction Congress in Kyiv at the Parkovy Center as an example of modern development that relies not only on housing, but also on the environment. During the event, Yulia Polishchuk, Commercial Director of “Platinumbud”, which implements ODESA SITY, presented the complex and emphasized the reliability of the company's projects and their attractiveness for investment.
